ATEasy Development

TEasy is a rapid application development framework for Automatic Test Equipment, data acquisition, process control, and instrumentation systems. ATEasy’s unique three-layer structure makes Test
Programs portable between Tester hardware and decouples Tester hardware from specific instrumentation. The Program Layer is "UUT and fixture specific". It contains the necessary tests required to
evaluate a given UUT. The System Layer is "Test system and receiver specific".
It reflects the currently installed instruments and provides a normalized interface for the UUT program. The Driver Layer
is "Instrument specific". It contains the commands and functions that are required to operate a specific instrument while providing a normalized interface for that instrument type to the System Layer.
The real benefit of the normalized interface per instrument type is that it makes instruments interchangeable. With ATEasy, test applications are faster to generate and easier to maintain. For a
